SCIENTIST HUGO HOESCHL REPORTS RESULTS OF ANALYSIS OF DATA RELEASED BY TSE IN RELATION TO THE FIRST TURN. THERE IS STRONG POSSIBILITY OF THE OCCURRENCE OF FRAUD
Matter published by the portal "National Studies" presents the conclusive results on the statistical analysis of the votes conferred on the presidential candidates of the election of the first round, held on October 07. According to Hugo Hoeschl, PhD in Applied Intelligence and Post-Doctor in Electronic Government, there were approximately 77% of statistical inconsistencies based on the "Newcomb-Bendford Law" (the link will lead to a study by the USP Institute of Mathematics and Statistics) which points to the possibility of more than two thirds for fraud.

In this, it is explained that the TCU - Federal Court of Audit - uses the methodology to identify the possibility of fraud based on statistical inconsistencies, that is, behavior outside the standards of the numbers that represent acts practiced. The Law applies to everything in the Universe, but does not mean proof, but points out the evidence of problems in the verified process, thus giving rise to investigation about it. Excellent initiative that strengthens us democracy, citizens can never be denied, the right to challenge. I see with great concern the recent statements of Minister Jungmann with intolerable threats! I hope that scientific studies of this magnitude will help us to guarantee a lack of auditability in the current electoral system

O CIENTISTA HUGO HOESCHL DIVULGA RESULTADOS DE ANÁLISES DOS DADOS LIBERADOS PELO TSE EM RELAÇÃO AO PRIMEIRO TURNO. HÁ FORTE POSSIBILIDADE DA OCORRÊNCIA DE FRAUDE
Matéria divulgada pelo portal “Estudos Nacionais” apresenta os resultados conclusivos sobre a análise estatística dos votos conferidos aos candidatos presidenciais do pleito do 1º turno, realizado no último dia 07/10. Segundo Hugo Hoeschl, doutor em Inteligência Aplicada e Pós-Doutor em Governo Eletrônico, ocorreram cerca de 77% de inconsistências estatísticas com base na “Lei Newcomb-Bendford” (o link levará a um estudo do Instituto de Matemática e Estatística da USP), o que aponta para a possibilidade de mais de dois terços para a fraude.
Ótimas e completas matérias podem ser vistas no Portal Transparência Eleitoral especialmente aqui. Nesta, explica-se que o próprio TCU – Tribunal de Contas da União – utiliza a metodologia para identificar possibilidade de fraudes a partir de inconsistências estatísticas, ou seja, comportamento fora de padrões dos números que representam atos praticados. A Lei se aplica a tudo no Universo, mas não significa a prova, mas aponta a evidência de problemas no processo verificado, ensejando portanto, investigação a respeito. Há muita material a respeito do assunto, sirva-se do Google para buscar as mais diversas aplicações.

Excelente iniciativa que nos fortalece a democracia, aos cidadãos nunca se pode negar, o direito a contestação. Vejo com grande preocupação as recentes declarações do ministro Jungmann, com ameaças intoleráveis! Espero que estudos científicos desse porte , nos auxiliem a garantir uma auditabilidade inexistente no atual sistema eleitoral
