SCIENTIST HUGO HOESCHL REPORTS RESULTS OF ANALYSIS OF DATA RELEASED BY TSE IN RELATION TO THE FIRST TURN. THERE IS STRONG POSSIBILITY OF THE OCCURRENCE OF FRAUD
Matter published by the portal "National Studies" presents the conclusive results on the statistical analysis of the votes conferred on the presidential candidates of the election of the first round, held on October 07. According to Hugo Hoeschl, PhD in Applied Intelligence and Post-Doctor in Electronic Government, there were approximately 77% of statistical inconsistencies based on the "Newcomb-Bendford Law" (the link will lead to a study by the USP Institute of Mathematics and Statistics) which points to the possibility of more than two thirds for fraud.
Great and complete materials can be seen on the Electoral Transparency Portal especially here. In this, it is explained that the TCU - Federal Court of Audit - uses the methodology to identify the possibility of fraud based on statistical inconsistencies, that is, behavior outside the standards of the numbers that represent acts practiced. The Law applies to everything in the Universe, but does not mean proof, but points out the evidence of problems in the verified process, thus giving rise to investigation about it. There is a lot of material on the subject, use Google to search the most diverse applications.

I hope that scientific studies of this magnitude will help us to guarantee a lack of auditability in the current electoral system

O CIENTISTA HUGO HOESCHL DIVULGA RESULTADOS DE ANÁLISES DOS DADOS LIBERADOS PELO TSE EM RELAÇÃO AO PRIMEIRO TURNO. HÁ FORTE POSSIBILIDADE DA OCORRÊNCIA DE FRAUDE
Matéria divulgada pelo portal “Estudos Nacionais” apresenta os resultados conclusivos sobre a análise estatística dos votos conferidos aos candidatos presidenciais do pleito do 1º turno, realizado no último dia 07/10. Segundo Hugo Hoeschl, doutor em Inteligência Aplicada e Pós-Doutor em Governo Eletrônico, ocorreram cerca de 77% de inconsistências estatísticas com base na “Lei Newcomb-Bendford” (o link levará a um estudo do Instituto de Matemática e Estatística da USP), o que aponta para a possibilidade de mais de dois terços para a fraude.
Ótimas e completas matérias podem ser vistas no Portal Transparência Eleitoral especialmente aqui. Nesta, explica-se que o próprio TCU – Tribunal de Contas da União – utiliza a metodologia para identificar possibilidade de fraudes a partir de inconsistências estatísticas, ou seja, comportamento fora de padrões dos números que representam atos praticados. A Lei se aplica a tudo no Universo, mas não significa a prova, mas aponta a evidência de problemas no processo verificado, ensejando portanto, investigação a respeito. Excelente iniciativa que nos fortalece a democracia, aos cidadãos nunca se pode negar, o direito a contestação. Vejo com grande preocupação as recentes declarações do ministro Jungmann, com ameaças intoleráveis! Espero que estudos científicos desse porte , nos auxiliem a garantir uma auditabilidade inexistente no atual sistema eleitoral

Movement against return of the Worker’s Party (PT) to power and in favor of Jair Bolsonaro mobilized Avenida Paulista, in São Paulo.
Protesters opposed to the return of the Worker’s Party (PT) to the country's command and supporters of Jair Bolsonaro (PSL) returned to the streets on Sunday (21). There are records of protests in major Brazilian cities, such as Rio de Janeiro, Brasília and São Paulo. In the capital of São Paulo, the event was marked by banners and posters with ballot requests in the second round, ironically to the complaint of box 2 in the campaign of candidate Jair Bolsonaro (PSL), besides the participation of personalities, as the candidate for the government of São Paulo, João Doria, Joice Hasselmann (PSL).
The Military Police did not disclose public estimates. The organization, however, believes that at least 100,000 people passed through Paulista among the four sound cars that were part of the protest. One of them forwarded a message from presidential candidate Jair Bolsonaro (PSL). His speech was received by the public shouting "myth."
"You are saving Brazil," the candidate said.
For the project assistants who are currently unemployed, Franklin Ferreira, 29, the vote in Bolsonaro is exactly one way to free Brazil from the scenario the country is in today. "We have been through enough years of PT government to know we need change," he said. "I've had Lava Jato, I know that corruption is not just in the PT, but they embraced it in a way that has resulted in what we have today."

Ferreira does not believe that Bolsonaro represents a risk to the country. "Those who say this do not inform in law, they create this opinion without seeking the information at the source."
The businessman Leandro Gonçalves, 44, confirms Ferreira's statement and says that "enough PT". According to him, if Bolsonaro is elected and attacks the population, the people return to the streets again. For him, the allegations about alleged use of box 2 in the PSL candidate's campaign to push messages on WhatsApp is PT's desperation. "They know they're going to lose and they decided to appeal," he said.
Gonçalves's speech was repeated several times by protesters who mocked the denunciation of possible box 2. In several posters it was possible to read "box 2 of WhatsApp am I" or "Federal Police, arrest me.I campaigned for Jair in Zap ".

Movimentação contra retorno do PT ao poder e a favor de Jair Bolsonaro mobilizou a Avenida Paulista, em São Paulo.
Manifestantes contrários ao retorno do PT ao comando do País e apoiadores de Jair Bolsonaro (PSL) voltaram às ruas neste domingo (21). Há registros de protestos nas principais cidades brasileiras, como Rio de Janeiro, Brasília e São Paulo. Na capital paulista, o ato foi marcado por faixas e cartazes com pedidos de voto em cédula no segundo turno, ironização à denúncia de caixa 2 na campanha do candidato Jair Bolsonaro (PSL), além da participação de personalidades, como o candidato ao governo de São Paulo, João Doria, a deputada Joice Hasselmann (PSL).
A Polícia Militar não divulgou estimativa de público. A organização, entretanto, acredita que ao menos 100 mil pessoas passaram pela Paulista entre os 4 carros de som que faziam parte do protesto. Um deles transmitiu ao vivo uma mensagem do candidato à Presidência Jair Bolsonaro (PSL). A fala dele foi recebida pelo público aos gritos de "mito".
"Vocês estão salvando o Brasil", disse o candidato aos manifestantes.
Para o assistentes de projetos que hoje está desempregado, Franklin Ferreira, 29 anos, o voto em Bolsonaro é exatamente uma forma de livrar o Brasil do cenário que o País se encontra hoje. "A gente já passou por anos suficientes de governo PT para saber que precisamos de mudança. Teve Lava Jato, petrolão. Sei que a corrupção não é só no PT, mas eles abraçaram de uma forma que resultou no que temos hoje", disse.

Ferreira não acredita que Bolsonaro represente risco ao País. "Quem fala isso não de informa direito, criam essa opinião sem buscar a informação na fonte."
O empresário Leandro Gonçalves, 44 anos, corrobora a declaração de Ferreira e diz que "já basta de PT". Segundo ele, se Bolsonaro for eleito e atentar contra a população, o povo volta para as ruas de novo. Para ele, as denúncias sobre suposto uso de caixa 2 na campanha do candidato do PSL para impulsionar mensagens no WhatsApp é desespero do PT. "Sabem que vão perder e decidiram apelar", disse.
A fala de Gonçalves foi repetida diversas vezes por manifestantes que ironizavam a denúncia do possível caixa 2. Em vários cartazes era possível ler "o caixa 2 do WhatsApp sou eu" ou "Polícia Federal, me prende. Eu fiz campanha para o Jair no Zap".
No carro de som do Movimento Brasil Livre, a mensagem também foi endossada. "Estão dizendo que nós estamos tentando fraudar a campanha porque somos o caixa 2. O caixa 2 que eles estão falando é o povo, eu sou, você é. Tudo isso se deve também em grande parte ao PT porque foram tão incompetentes, acharam que já tinha tudo dominado, mas o gigante acordou de verdade. Derrubamos eles no impeachment, nas ruas, no promete turno e vamos derrubar de novo no segundo turno", afirmou Renan Santos, um dos líderes do movimento.

Candidato ao governo de São Paulo, João Doria (PSDB) subiu no carro de som do MBL para fazer campanha. Doria destacou que não precisa da política para viver, disse que quer ser eleito para defender uma política liberal para o Estado. Ele fez críticas ao PT e disparou: "esquerdista, fiquem onde estão ou saiam do brasil".
Em outro carro de som, o mesmo que esteve a atriz Regina Duarte - que recentemente fez campanha em defesa de Bolsonaro -, a deputada eleita Joice Hasselmann (PSL) prometeu todos os esforços possíveis para eleger o capitão reformado do Exército. Ela, assim como o cantor Lobão, foi muito aplaudida pelo público.
O carro de som do #NasRuas aproveitou a oportunidade para homenagear o juiz Sergio Moro, responsável pela Lava Jato na primeira instância. "Tudo que você fez pelo Brasil não será esquecido. Queremos Moro no STF (Supremo Tribunal Federal). Vamos limpar aqueles juízes corruptos, vamos limpar o STF", entoavam os manifestantes em cima do carro de som.
Brasília e Rio de Janeiro

As manifestações a favor de Jair Bolsonaro movimentaram outras grandes capitais. Em Brasília, segundo informações da Agência Brasil, uma carreata marcada por um buzinaço ocupou as seis faixas da pista que liga o Museu da República ao Congresso Nacional onde muitos apoiadores do militar reformado estavam concentrados.
Ao longo do percurso um carro de som comandado por deputados recém-eleitos e lideranças de movimentos que, pelas redes sociais, ajudaram na convocação de eleitores de Bolsonaro, fizeram discursos contra a corrupção, ideologia de gênero e a favor da "família tradicional". Os manifestantes também cantaram o Hino Nacional, rezaram o Pai Nosso, entoaram palavras de ordem e simularam o gesto de arma em punho, símbolo muito utilizado pelo presidenciável.
No Rio de Janeiro, também segundo informações da Agência Brasil, a manifestação ocorreu na Praia de Copacabana, na zona sul. Carros de som, dois deles com faixas do Movimento Brasil Livre (MBL) e um do movimento Vem Pra Rua, chamam a atenção de quem passava pelo local.
No microfone, organizadores atacaram o PT e acusaram a candidatura de Fernando Haddad de planejar que o Brasil "se transforme na Venezuela", em referência a problemas econômicos e sociais enfrentados pelo país vizinho.
Uma faixa estendida na manifestação trazia a frase "Não aceitaremos fraude" e recebia a assinatura de participantes da manifestação.
